What does Zoom Cares not fund?

A:

Generally speaking, Zoom Cares does not fund events, sponsorships, galas, scholarships, endowment funding, or lobbying of any kind.

Q:

Does Zoom Cares accept proposals for funding?

A:

The team does not accept unsolicited requests for donations. Due to the high volume of inquiries that the team receives, they are not able to meet with all interested groups.

Product Donations

Can I apply to receive free/in-kind product from Zoom?

A:

We do not accept inbound requests or inquiries for free Zoom product. 

Q:

Who is eligible to receive discounted Zoom products?

A:

Eligible organizations are those recognized as nonprofit, public benefit organizations in their respective country or territory (for example, 501(c)(3) organizations in the United States). The specific requirements by jurisdiction are available here.

Q:

What products are eligible for the discount program?

A:

Zoom One Pro Plan, Zoom One Business Plan, Zoom Webinars and Large Meetings

Where can I access Zoom’s 50% product nonprofit discount?

A:

Nonprofits can access Zoom’s product discount on TechSoup’s website.

Q:

If I already have an existing paying account, can I use the discount code?

A:

If you already have an existing paying account, you must wait until the payment period is over before activating the discount code to your account.

Q:

How long does the discount apply to an account?

A:

The discount code is applied to your account once per fiscal year  and lasts for 12 months.

Employee Support

Q:

How can I get pro-bono volunteering support from Zoom employees?

A:

We do not formally accept inbound requests for pro-bono volunteering support from Zoom employees. Zoom employees are encouraged to volunteer and are provided opportunities to do so.

Q:

Do Zoom employees volunteer in person, or also virtually?

A:

Zoom employees are able to volunteer both virtually and in person depending on the event, location, and safety level.
